The form allows you to select an artist, your preferred tattoo placement, style of tattoo, choose between black & grey, full color or color infusion, discuss cover-up initiatives & upload your own reference photo(s). In the description box we ask that you tell us exactly what you like or may not like about each individual reference image you attach. We want to design you a tattoo you can’t deny.
We require a $100 deposit to book your appointment. Your deposit is deducted from the price of your tattoo once the tattoo is completed, it simply locks in your time, date & artist. Deposits also allow clients requiring multiple sessions to secure future appointments with out multiple deposits.
